The “Cavallo” inn rose in Scipione Ponte among the verdant hills. The old well in front of the building suggested that probably in the past times people used to reach horseback this crossroads between Parma and Piacenza to take refreshment and quench their thirst.
The restaurant proposes typical dishes and “La Tortafritteria”  prepares many kinds of torta fritta (fried cake) to taste with cured meat.
