The restaurant is surrounded by the green hills and rises only 500 mt far from the city centre.
Originally called “Risorgimento”, the restaurant changed its name after the Second World War when the owner Lino Boiardi was liberated from captivity by the russian general Timocenko. Due to this episode and in memory of the great general many clients began to call Boiardi and his restaurant “Timocenko”.
