PLOT:
Joker: Folie à Deux, a film directed by Todd Phillips, follows Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix), known as Joker, the serial killer who terrorized Gotham City, imprisoned in Arkham psychiatric hospital following his arrest.
