Museum of Culatello and Masalén (Polesine Zibello)
This food and wine tour takes you to the homeland of the famous “culatello”. Only here the dense and humid mists of the “bassa” (so called the area around the banks of the river Po), allow the “soft” ageing of pork shoulders and “culatte”, giving life to authentic gastronomic masterpieces.

From Fidenza follow for Busseto and then for Polesine Parmense. It is about 35km away from Salsomaggiore and Tabiano Terme.
