At the heart of an area with a centuries-old tradition of wine production, in the evocative cellars of the Rocca di Sala Baganza, the Cantina dei Musei del Cibo has been set up: an exhibition and sensory experience that forms part of the wider network of Food Museums in the province of Parma, entirely dedicated to Parma wine, its history and its culture.
The exhibition, spread across several rooms, explores various aspects of the theme, and the visit concludes with a tasting in the wine cellar in the basement of the Rocca.
