Cabriolo Parish Church – Fidenza
Following the Via Francigena, in the town of Cabriolo, 3 km from the Cathedral of Fidenza, do not miss the beautiful Pieve di Cabriolo, dedicated to St. Thomas Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury, who belonged to the religious Order of the Knights Templar.
The small but beautiful Romanesque church is located along the Via Francigena or Via Romea, the ancient route that led pilgrims, who from Western Europe, especially from France, left to reach Rome, the Holy City.
