The route pays homage to Tabiano "City of Breath", its territory and its history, between climbs and descents to discover paths and panoramic views that encompass all the surrounding valleys. The departure of this excursion is at the parking lot of the T-Club of Tabiano. Pedaling in the direction of the ancient village you will meet the Respighi Baths, known for the excellent beneficial properties of sulfate waters. Climb the unpaved track to the foot of the village of Tabiano Castello. The upper part of the village is characterized by the walls built in the 12th and 13th centuries to defend the castle, whose origins date from the 10th to the beginning of the 11th century. Continuing you will meet the small parish church, in the Romanesque style of the sixteenth century, dedicated to Saints Gervasio and Protasio. Then proceed on the path by taking the road of the Boffalora, which you will leave shortly after, to head towards Siccomonte.
Go down to Fidenza Avenue via unpaved roads, trail and asphalt, surrounded by small wooded areas and verdant hills. Transit to Siccomonte and Cogolonchio, retracing some sections of the "Nature Path" tabled on the track. Continue to Variatico, for a couple of kilometers the asphalt gives way to the double track that will take you to the road of Bargone. A bit of descent then, just enough time to catch your breath to start "eating" of the altitude. A few meters on asphalt and still unpaved tracks surrounded by nature to face the path of the 'Alpini', descent that will take you on the main road in front of Camping Arizona and will launch you towards the road of Petrolifera, where you will expect a last uphill effort that will accompany you back to Tabiano Castello, then finally back downhill to the village of Tabiano. Before arriving at the car you can cool off in the Porcellini Park right in front of the Tabiano Baths. Finally return to the T-Club to retrieve the car.
